About the Journal

Anayasa is a scholarly journal published by PT. Altin Research Publishing with E-ISSN 2987-9965. This journal publishes original research articles and literature reviews that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of law. Anayasa is published periodically twice a year, in January and July, with articles published in Indonesian and English. The Anayasa journal focuses on and covers a wide range of legal fields, including criminal law, civil law, international law, Islamic law, environmental law, administrative law, economic law, and customary law. The journal is committed to serving as a platform for scholarly publication that supports the advancement of legal studies through empirical research and literature reviews using relevant research approaches and methods.

Anayasa accepts articles from authors with diverse institutional backgrounds, including universities, research institutions, government agencies, professional organizations, and other institutions. Submitted articles must have strong relevance to the context and substance of legal scholarship and fall within one of the journal’s focus areas and scope. As a journal focused on the advancement of legal scholarship, Anayasa accepts empirical research employing various relevant methods or approaches, including normative legal, empirical legal, socio-legal, comparative, historical, philosophical, and other interdisciplinary approaches. Each published article is expected to make an academic and practical contribution to the development of legal theory, policy, regulation, and practice at both the national and international levels.

The Anayasa Journal is also committed to disseminating research results via open access so that published articles can be freely accessed by academics, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, lawmakers, and the general public. In this way, Anayasa seeks to expand the dissemination of legal knowledge and foster the exchange of ideas and scholarly discourse at the national and international levels. Currently, the Anayasa Journal has been accredited as Sinta 3 based on Decree of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology No. 355/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026. This accreditation is part of the Anayasa Journal’s commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of its publication governance, editorial processes, and the quality of the scholarly articles it publishes.
